When I was first injured I had a big list of things that I would never do again, it felt like useful life was over, replaced by exsistance.
Over the years, with the help of Regain in some cases, I've crossed most things off that list as I did do them again.
Skydive... done
Swimming...done
Drive......done
travel .... done
cycle ..... done
get fit and off drugs and have no pain..... done
had a baby....  (Regain didn't help with that exactly !!!!)
Keep my baby and live life to the full.......... Regain helped with that ........ so much
and so many more things.

When I was in my spinal injuies unit I was told in a brutal way I had to just come to terms with loss, I was never encouraged, it was the worst time of my life. I'm still the same person and I have found that nothing changes, one just has to find different ways of getting stuff done.
Why were rehab staff so depressing?
Did anyone else have good or bad experiences?
